Meet the team at Mint Dental
Dr. Jonathan McNeil
Dr. McNeil was born in Southern Oregon. He completed his undergraduate degree at Willamette University in Salem, OR. Following undergrad, he obtained a Doctorate of Medical Dentistry at Oregon Health Science University in Portland, OR.
Dr. McNeil is one of a handful of general dentists who routinely performs IV Sedation for the full spectrum of dental procedures. He enjoys working with nervous patients and has completed a significant amount of post graduate training in placing implants.
In his free time, Dr. McNeil enjoys spending time with the family and traveling. He also loves to fly fish and explore the great Alaska wilderness.
Dr. Dustin Slunaker grew up in Helena, MT and attended Montana State University where he received a degree in Cell Biology and Neuroscience. He went on to attend OHSU in Portland, Oregon for Dental School and obtained a Doctorate of Medical Dentistry in 2008.
Dr. Slunaker makes an effort to create a relaxing dental experience and offers IV sedation for his nervous patients. In his free time Dr. Slunaker enjoys working out, skiing, golfing, traveling and hanging out with his dog, Louie.
Dr. Robertson attended Dental school at Oregon Health Science University in Portland, Oregon and went on to complete a one year general practice residency in Boise, Idaho. Dr. Robertson is skilled in all aspects of dentistry including root canals, wisdom tooth extractions and IV sedation. Hiking and snowboarding are just a few of Dr. Robertson’s many hobbies. She can likely be seen running around town with her dog, Murphy.
Dr. Bickler was born and raised in Portland, OR. She completed her undergraduate degree at Santa Clara University, then returned to Portland to get her Doctorate of Medical Dentistry at OHSU. After working for a few years in Portland, she decided to make the move up North in 2011.
She absolutely loves living and working in Alaska. Dr. Bickler enjoys getting to know her patients, and tries to make every appointment as comfortable and positive as possible. Outside of the office, Dr. Bickler spends most of her free time riding her horse, or skiing with the Master’s ski racing program at Alyeska in the winter.
